The Pagel Activity Center opened Rink 1 in 2001 as a multi-purpose sports facility on the campus of Minnetonka High School. The facility features a 200'x85' year-round sheet of ice, 4 public locker rooms, 2 varsity team rooms, an indoor walking track, meeting room, and weight training room.

In 2017, a second sheet of ice was add to the facility. Rink 2 features a 200'x85' year-round sheet of ice, 4 public locker rooms, a large meeting room with a projector screen, a large weight training room, and an off-ice shooting space.

Pagel Activity Center is home to Minnetonka Boys and Girls high School Hockey, the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association, and Impact Hockey Summer Camps.
