The MYHA Board meets monthly on the 2st Monday of the month at the Pagel Activity Center's Great Clips Warming House meeting room, 18313 MN 7 in Minnetonka.

The meeting start time is 6:30 pm. Visitors are welcome to attend and have a predetermined time at the beginning of the meeting to address and/or share concerns, ideas with the MYHA board.

Serving on the board fulfills your volunteer requirements. Please fee free to reach out if you have an interest or desire to help.

All board members need to complete the Minnesota Hockey Electronic Background Screening Form (online):

2. Read page
3. Click the “All Other Positions” button at the bottom of the page to complete the screening for ALL OTHER POSITIONS
4. Login using your SPORTS ENGINE Username or Email Address and Password for your MYHA account.
5. Follow through all of the forms and submit.
