Board Meeting Dates

During the season, the MYHA Board meets the 2nd Monday of the month at the District Service Center, 5621 County Road 101 in Minnetonka. Meeting start time is 6:30 pm. The schedule is posted on the main calendar on the home page.

2. Background Screening Form

All board members need to complete the Background Screening Form which is now done online:

Electronic Screening (use your log on from the MYHA website)

1. www.minnesotahockey.org

2. Click “General” on far right

3. Click “Show All”

4. Click “Screening”

5. Click first option “Coaches Screening (Register)”

6. Log in, or create log in

7. Follow through all of the forms and submit.
