Custom Mouthguards

FREE MOUTHGUARDS

The American Dental Association has reported that more than 200,000 injuries are prevented each year by wearing mouthguards.

We are very excited to announce that Eden Prairie Orthodontic Associates has again offered to provide custom fit proform mouthguards with strap at no charge for the players of Minnetonka Youth Hockey.

The initial molds will be taken on September 20th in Eden Prairie and September 27th in Chaska.  Both sessions are from 8am-Noon.  Finished mouthguards will be delivered to Pagel and distributed during clinics and tryout sessions.

Boil and Bite mouthguards will also be available for players with braces or for anyone uncomfortable with the standard mold impression process.

We thank Dr. Holmberg, Vayda and Bowlby for this generous contribution to our program and understand that they in turn are not liable for and damage to players teeth and jaws while wearing these mouthguards.
