2008-09 Fundraiser Information

There is an exciting new fundraiser this year!  This year our fundraising activity will be selling custom blended packages of coffee that have been especially packaged and labeled for MYHA. The goal was to come up with a highly consumed, non-perishable product that would be easy to sell…after all most adults drink coffee and the packages will also make great gifts!  The coffee will come in a special vacuum sealed package with the MYHA logo on each 12 oz. package.  Each player will be responsible for selling 20 bags of coffee at $12 each for total sales proceeds of $240. Each player will be responsible for the fundraiser payment of $240 by check or credit card at the time of registration.   The funds will be 100% returned to the player upon selling the coffee. 

There is also an opportunity to earn additional funds selling coffee by purchasing additional bags of coffee to sell.  The price is $52.50 for 10 additional bags of coffee, which each player will net in return upon selling the bags an amount of $67.50.  The order and payment for any additional bags of coffee ordered is due at the time of registration.

As an additional, exciting incentive to participate in the fundraiser, each player who participates will be entered into a drawing for two free tickets to a Wild game!  For every additional increment of 10 bags sold, the player will be entered into the drawing with no limitation (i.e. sell initial 20 bags, plus 20 additional bags and their name will be entered 3 times!).

The coffee will be ready for pick-up on December 2^nd.  Each 20 bag case will contain 15 bags of ground coffee and 5 bags of whole bean coffee.   Information with the details of product pickup will be announced at a later date.

Each player must either participate in the fundraiser or buy-out.

Please note: Junior Gold and Rec Players are exempt from participating in the fundraiser.

The fundraiser is an optional activity.  There is an option to buy-out of the fundraiser at registration if your player chooses not to participate.  The buy-out fee is $150 and it is due at the time of registration.
